          Located 3 hours east of Pittsburgh, the gated resort community of Treasure Lake.  The resort consists of 8000+ acres with 2000+ homes, two timeshare developments with 168 townhouse and a campground with 1000 campsites.

          The recreational amenities include a 35,000 square foot Clubhouse complex with restaurant and lounge. An Olympic size pool, wadding pool, 6 tennis courts, a 375 acre lake, a 275 acre lake and a 4.5 acre fishing lake. The resort also has two highly rated golf courses, both with fully stocked pro shops, putting greens and a driving range.

          In addition there is the ski lodge restaurant, two additional outdoor pools and one indoor pool, three beaches, stables, sledding hills, ball fields, nature trails, basketball courts, numerous parks with playgrounds and towne center with convenient shopping. 

          You can also visit many local museums and attractions such as: Pennsylvania Museum, Historic Boalsburg Village, Penns Cave, Cook Forrest with amusement rides, Sawmill Center for the arts and the Verna Leith Theatre, Indian Caverns and of course Gobbler’s Knob home of Punxsutawney Phil.

Crown Vacation Exchange

North, South, East and West, Crown Resorts offer a unique variety of vacation locations to choose from. Crown Resorts are able to enhance the vacation experience by giving its owners several ways to utilize the ownership. Simply using the home resort or exchanging to other resorts through either RCI or through the Crown resort exchange system. This is how vacationing should be, centered around you!

As an owner of one of the seven Crown Resorts, there is no annual membership fee with Crown Exchange only an exchange fee of $59.00 when your exchange is confirmed. Resort options are limited to the following resorts:

Some important tips on exchanging are:

  • Deposit and request early.

  • Stay aware of approaching deadlines.
    Be flexible, choose as many destinations and date ranges as possible.

  • Remember that color or seasonal designations will determine your trading range. 

  • Check in day varies, either Fridays or Saturdays, depending on the resort destination.
